Most reputable breeders have no problem taking in abused or neglected animals if they think that they can give that pet a second chance at a new life with a loving family. So contact a local Chihuahua breeder and see if they would be willing to give a poor dog a second chance.

People that abandon or abuse animals are monsters and those pets should be rescued to give them a second chance at life. If you see a situation where a little pet is being abused or has been abandoned then at least take the time to make a phone call and try and get some help for that poor defenseless animal. Don’t turn your back on an animal that needs you, take the time to find the correct contact information and get some help for that animal as soon as possible.
