Why it so unacceptable for a guy to wear a nice dress or a skirt?

I wear nice dresses and skirt and it is ok for me to wear just because I am a female but if a guy wear a dress people think it is not ok, but why?

I think it should be ok for a guy to wear dresses and skirts , women do all the time and we wouldn't want people make fun of us just because we are wearing a dress or a skirt.

Before I answer this, I love yout thinking here! =) I wish more people in society and there could be more women like you around!

I think it is because of the stupidity and close mindedness of society. I am a guy, and I absolutely love wearing all types of skirts with pantyhose! I've also tried dresses on and I like dresses as well!

Honestly you girls are so lucky. You can go out anytime wearing a skirt or a dress and people have a problem with that. But if a guy like me does that, for some people, it's like the end of the world. If a guy wears a skirt or a dress, that guy gets ridiculed, bullied, etc.

I really believe things need to change. Guys should be able to wear skirts and dresses freely like women can. I know there are guys out there that wear skirts and dresses, and hopefully more man can start doing so.

At least for Halloween, I can wear a skirt with pantyhose and people won't have a problem with that. But, people should not have a problem with me wearing a skirt any day of the year!
